2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password (a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) for your account.

3. Project Creation and Funding

WeFundIt.online is a platform that allows users to create and fund humanitarian projects. By creating a project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your project
• Use funds raised for the stated purpose of your project
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Fulfill any promises made to donors, including delivery of rewards if offered
• Communicate regularly with your donors about the progress of your project

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, interrupt, remove, or suspend any project at any time for any reason without liability.

4. Fees and Payments

WeFundIt.online charges a 5% platform fee on funds raised, plus payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These fees help us maintain the platform and provide support to project creators.

For donors, by making a donation, you acknowledge that:

• Donations may not be tax-deductible unless the project creator is a registered nonprofit
• Donations are generally non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances
• WeFundIt.online is not responsible for the success or failure of any project

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating fraudulent projects or making false claims
• Using the Service for personal financial gain unrelated to humanitarian purposes
• Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempting to bypass any security measures of the Service
• Using the Service to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WeFundIt.online and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WeFundIt.online, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
